Why are Malaysians still doing this? I remember some years back, a bunch of ministers were sent to Europe to study the effects of driving while on the phone. This despite numerous articles stating that driving will talking on the phone was not OK.
What happened to the findings? Did the ministers go for a holiday? And still now, no enforcement when it is common knowledge many drivers die on the roads as a result of talking on the phones and not paying attention?
